- 4 slices of thick bread like brioche or challah
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
